Care4Us Healthcare (legally Care4us Health Care Limited) is a Prestwitch-based care provider that delivers domiciliary, live-in, and supported living services in Bury & Greater Manchester. We focus on helping the elderly, adults with disabilities, and youths transition to independent living.
We are dedicated to providing quality person centered, dependable, reliable and quality care and support ensuring comfort, dignity, excellence, justice, compassion and with respect of all our multicultural service users and their families.
We work with individuals to promote independence, maintain privacy and preserve their dignity. Our services are safe and secure, and they are delivered with the utmost care and attention.

Our Story
We began with a single goal: to bring genuine comfort and dignity to those needing support at home. As healthcare professionals from nursing and social work backgrounds, our founders saw a gap in the communi,ty people needing person-centred, compassionate care that respected their individuality, culture, and family life.
How it started
Driven by that vision, we set out on a quest to create a service that would do more than just meet clinical needs. We wanted to empower individuals to make informed choices about their care, to live safely and independently, and to experience the highest standards of well-being.
Along the way, we encountered all the typical challenges, finding the right staff, ensuring reliability, and building trust with families who’d been let down before.
Each challenge reinforced our belief that quality home care must be personal, dependable, and delivered with empathy. That’s why we’ve developed a team united by a single philosophy: you are like family to us, and we protect your well-being.
